14-day returns
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email us with your name and order number. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; we will provide return instructions.
Return costs
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover returns for faulty or incorrect goods. You may inspect clothing as you would in a shop; excessive handling may reduce your refund.
Refunds
We refund your original payment within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, including standard outbound delivery. We may wait until the goods or proof of return arrive. Premium delivery supplements are excluded.

Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos help us investigate. Your legal guarantee and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
